Each week, a new workshop will be released. These workshops are approximately 90-minutes long, and each includes questions and answers at the end.

2. Watch one video lesson each day.

Each day you’ll receive an email with a link to view the new video lesson. If you don’t receive these emails, don’t worry (sometimes they go into spam). You can also find each day’s video in your workbook or by logging into your dashboard. Bookmark this page now to easily access it each day!

If you skip a day, or several, don’t worry. Pick up where you left off when you’re ready. We encourage you to go at your own pace. 

3. Complete the daily integration exercise in your workbook.

Click here to download your workbook. Each day’s video lesson will include a simple exercise. Each exercise only takes a few minutes and will help you put the daily lesson into practice.

4. Join our supportive online community.
