"In true Mike Dooley style this book is straight to the point, easy to read, hard to put down and very easy to follow the "instructions" of the 7 steps. Mike has a sense of humour that is lovely and hits home with the truth as the same time. He also lets you into the 'secret' of how he himself managed to get to grips with leveraging the universe from when he was at rock bottom, unlike other authors who tell you they 'did it' but don't give you the "how they did it."

"I am going through massive change in my life and it is all good. I have read Mikes book called Inlimited Possibilities (great read) and Leveraging the Universe is a smaller jet fueled book to give you that push when your mind is challenging everything you could possibly be doing, and also holding you back with thoughts that make one suffer. We are human, but Mike has this term that I love called "baby steps". I know what I eventually want that "End Result" Mikes says should be a constant companion yet visioning only 4 min at day and Please don't start spiraling into the cursed hows! I do this. I pick up the book (after I have read it many times) and open to a page knock myself in the head (lovingly) and say, "Of course!". Much has happened since I have read the book, and I am moving forward and fulfilling my dream, baby steps of course but I SEE it happening. "Leveraging the Universe is a quite a cool book for a LOA book. It has many of the teachings of the genre, less BS, but a lot of magic. Dooley mixes principles from the LOA (effortless manifestation) with 'old school' advise (take action) on how to get from where you are now to what you want. It is a win-win advice, a safe position for any author to stand on, and for any reader to act upon. The middle way is the wiser way. Old adages never die and never lie. The book is well structured, and Dooley's writing style is fresh, enthusiastic, approachable and enjoyable. Each chapter ends with a key summary of the main points discussed therein, something extremely helpful to re-read or revise the book without having to go through the bits that don't really matter. There are some exercises and journaling required, just if you want, to help you decide what you want and on your plan of action. One of the things I like the most in this book is that Dooley himself anticipates some of the queries and apparent contradictions the readers might come up with, so what he says feels congruent and organic despite its apparent incongruities. Clever! I especially liked how Dooley defines happiness: "True happiness is not contingent upon things happening in your life. Happiness is a state of mind. Happiness is an appreciation for life itself, for yourself, for where you are, no matter where you are." (p. 167)."

I cannot put into words how much I adore this man. He is indeed a natural born speaker
"I cannot put into words how much I adore this man. He is indeed a natural born speaker. Yet, he is human, something that many of the audio's that I have listened to do not addres those of us not so developed...he is self-deprecating. More than that he is funny. His sense of humor is good enough to make me laugh at 7 in the morning and make me walk into work as if I could take on the world. He does not just tell you that your thoughts became things, but that you have a responsibility for those thoughts. Just believing that and sitting on the couch waiting for a miracle is not going to work. For instance, if you knew that tomorrow would be the best day of your life and you were a fisherman, would you not do everything that could to get fish or would you just sit on the couch and wait for the fish to come? That is pretty strange as he states. Throw a ball to the Universe, it may not seem to make a difference at the time, but you never know until you throw the ball. What about you decide on the one person who will be your soul mate? You know what 20 or 30 people? The Universe knows 30 billion, let it decide. I encourage anyone to listen to Mike, he can make you laugh and feel better about yourself as well."
